Great experience from start to finish. Sean was incredibly helpful when he came to do the original quote; and his teams; both for the felling / pruning as well as the stump grinding the next day were great. Turned up on time, we very professional and efficient, did a high quality job and ensured they tidied up as best as possible after. Sean was also accommodating in dealing with required paperwork to allow us to use a neighbouring block of flats' land for access and the site manager there was very complementary of the team for their work as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional. Permission obtained by Forbes from the local council as part of the deal. Work done very neatly. The tree overhung a neighbour's garden but none of the debris fell in it. The clear-up afterwards was outstanding - you wouldn't have known anyone had been working there. Even the pot plants and the bird bath at the foot of the tree (stump) were put back where they were. Highly recommended.

The team of Alex, Rosie and Tim were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, consulted me throughout, and were very tidy. They took considerable care to ensure they did not damage the decoration when bringing the prunings through the house and nothing was too much trouble. They seemed to take a real pride and pleasure in their work. When quoting for the work, Sean was willing to discuss ideas and provided professional suggestions.
